At HUM4NS, our coaching approach is deeply rooted in our core principles and values, shaping every interaction and experience we deliver. We strive to create a transformative environment where leaders and teams can truly thrive, focusing not only on surface-level challenges but digging deeper to address the underlying belief systems and habits that may be holding you back. Life isn’t black and white, neither is leadership. When we only view our challenges through a single lens, we risk oversimplifying complex situations and missing valuable perspectives. We understand that many coaches emphasise the need for aggressive growth, sales and psychometric tests. These methods often produce easily identifiable short-term results, which can give the impression of tangible return on investment – and we know this may seem like exactly what you need.

Having coached hundreds of entrepreneurs for thousands of hours, we’ve seen first-hand that the key factor distinguishing those who succeed in the long term from those who struggle is rarely found in a business plan. It’s not the strategy, the model, or even the detailed plan itself… it’s YOU!

Through reflecting on your experiences and challenging your perceptions, we act as facilitators in your journey. We don’t offer ‘advice’; instead, our non-directive coaching style gives you the space and support needed to arrive at your own conclusions.

What Sets Us Apart:
Our unique approach is shaped by our founders rich educational background and extensive real-world experiences, which have laid the groundwork for establishing three impactful organisations. With a degree in Education Studies, we have cultivated a deep understanding of human psychology, motivation, and behavioural theory. A Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), specialising in Early Years and Physical Education, has provided us with insights into how formative experiences shape beliefs in adulthood and how physical activity plays a crucial role in overall wellbeing.
Additionally, a Master’s in Professional Development underpins our comprehensive understanding of how individuals evolve in both personal and business contexts.
Our qualifications our further strengthened by an ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching and Mentoring certification, ensuring that our coaching practices remain aligned with contemporary methodologies and frameworks and operates at the highest possible level. When combined with over two decades of real-world leadership and management experience across roles – ranging from front-line roles to holding Director-level positions, our journey offers a rich tapestry of insights and perspectives. This diverse background empowers our coaching to be both empathetic and effective, helping our clients achieve long-term, transformational success.

Mental health, wellbeing, physical health, mindset, culture, belonging and a host of other challenges that were prevalent pre-pandemic have unfortunately been amplified and now we as business leaders have a choice to make. Do we wait for the change and hope that things get better, or do we take it upon ourselves to be the catalyst for change…
In 2021, with the world ‘locked down’ our co-founders ‘locked-in’ on their commitment to bring HUM4NS to life, setting upon a path to becoming the change we long to see. Our first step is to build a community of people who believe that there is a better way to do life and business despite what the past few years may have thrown at them.
The line between home and work has never been more blurred than it is right now and with mental health challenges on the rise, it’s time for us to approach business and leadership in a new way. It’s time for us to put humans first, leading with empathy, encouragement, kindness and emotional intelligence. It’s time to build people up, rather than breaking them down! It’s time to build businesses that proactively seek to help the world around them to become HAPPIER, HEALTHIER, SMARTER and KINDER.
